Profile

Shahyn is led by its founder and principal, Hesham AbdElHady (MBA, BSc Eng, CCP, PMP), a senior practitioner in PMO, project controls, and enterprise risk. The practice is principal-led; the founder does the work.

His career history spans roles with leading contractors and consultants across the region, including CH2M, and more than a decade heading project controls and risk for ENEC on the BNPP program through commercial operation.

That experience covers the full project lifecycle, from strategic alignment and portfolio governance through integrated planning, budgeting, cost and commercial controls, and enterprise risk management in regulated, safety-driven, cross-cultural settings.
