Profile

Grounded in major project and program delivery.

Shahyn Management Consultancy is led by its founder and principal, Hesham AbdElHady (MBA, BSc Eng, CCP, PMP), a senior practitioner in PMO, project controls, and enterprise risk, with more than two decades on major capital projects and programs across nuclear power, clean energy, industrial facilities, and major infrastructure. His career spans roles with leading contractors and consultants across the region, including CH2M, as well as more than a decade heading project controls and risk for ENEC on the BNPP program, through to commercial operation.

That work runs the full project lifecycle, from strategic alignment and portfolio governance to integrated planning, budgeting, cost and commercial controls, and enterprise risk management, in regulated, safety-driven, cross-cultural settings.

The practice brings that discipline to owners and delivery teams who need stronger control before small issues turn into cost and schedule overruns: credible baselines, QRA and Monte Carlo simulation, risk-adjusted forecasts, executive reporting, escalation paths, and performance insight built for leadership review.

02

Build control

Align governance, planning, cost, and risk into one operating rhythm, with clear reporting cadence, ownership, and decision rights.

03

Drive decisions

Track performance, forecast outcomes, surface variance and exposure early, and steer corrective action.
